Welcome. The vision is to empower those small and great who have a zeal to serve with there abilities as entrepreneurs. The ability to create organizations and systems whether they are simple or complex is a gift that deserves our earnest pursuit. We rely on all types of business profit and non profit every day of our lives. Most of our lives we have been extremely ignorant of our dependency on systems and organizations. There are hospitals, colleges, farms that have been running and producing value to our communities for generations. We want to empower entrepreneurs to reach there potential.

There is science and art to founding a new work. We look to explore both with passion. We will place a special emphasis on small business leaders and how to start foundational works in developing countries. The greatest needs are in these two segments. We will learn from the big boys, but we are looking to empower were there is the greatest need.
