Paul Polak went to developing countries with a mission: listen to the farmers and find out what products would help them most.  Working to supply water pumps and low cost irrigation equipment, he was able to serve a market needed among the poor in a sustainable, scalable way.  At the heart of a servant entrepreneur is to respect and listen to the people who will be served by your products.  The entrepreneur also has the ability to give a gift that continues to give.  Paul is a perfect example because not only did he start and maintain an organization, but he has given over the leadership to the next generation.  He is currently working to inspire and train some the best engineers in the world to develop new products for the 90% of the world that lives on less then $2 dollars a day.

This video is one story of many.
